Kalau tengok gambar awal tu, saya telah meminta Boogey jgn mengambil gambar kami buat senamrobik dan dia bersetuju. Namun dia telah melanggar janji, bahkan menaikkan gambar itu dalam foropages nya! Rasakan Boogey! *senyum dengan penuh ke'evil'an*

Pycno- Poco-poco is basically like aerobics, done in group but the steps are very low impact and mainly with an Indonesian song or even dangdut! haha
